Service Guarantee & Refund Policy

At Deep Clean Service, we take pride in the quality of our specialty cleaning. Because we provide a labor-based service, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we are committed to your total satisfaction.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee (The "Re-Clean" Policy)

If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, please contact us at narda91@outlook.com or call 1-877-829-5500 within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • The Fix: We will send a team back to your home within 48 hours to re-clean any missed areas at no additional cost to you.

  • Requirements: We ask that you provide photos of the specific areas that did not meet our standard so we can address them accurately.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

When you book a slot, we reserve that time specifically for you.

  • 48+ Hours Notice: No charge. You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • 24–48 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied.

  • Less than 24 Hours or "No-Show": If our team arrives at 123 Roane Manor Drive (or your specified service address) and cannot gain access, the full service fee will be charged to cover labor and travel costs.

3. Move-In / Move-Out Conditions

  • Utilities: Electricity and water must be turned on. If utilities are off, we cannot guarantee results and a refund will not be issued.

  • Empty Spaces: Move-out cleanings assume the home is empty. Excess debris may result in additional hauling fees.
