OVERVIEW This website is operated by Deep Clean Service. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Deep Clean Service. By visiting our site and/or booking a service from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - SERVICE REQUIREMENTS & ACCESS

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe working environment for our staff.

  • Ensure that the property has running water and electricity.

  • Provide access to the property at the scheduled time (key, code, or being present). Failure to provide access may result in a non-refundable "No-Show" fee.

SECTION 2 - PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Quotes: All online quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer (number of rooms, square footage). We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the actual condition or size of the home differs significantly from the description.

  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as specified during checkout.

SECTION 3 - RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Deep Clean Service reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • The property is deemed hazardous (e.g., biohazards, mold, extreme hoarding, or structural instability).

  • Our staff feels unsafe or is subjected to verbal or physical abuse.

  • There is a lack of utilities (water/power) necessary to perform the job.

SECTION 4 - DAMAGE & LIABILITY

  • Insurance: We are a professional service and carry liability insurance.

  • Claims: Any claims for damage caused by our team during the cleaning must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

  • Wear & Tear: We are not responsible for damage caused by "normal wear and tear," such as aged grout that crumbles when cleaned or pre-existing scratches on surfaces.

  • Valuables: We ask that customers secure or put away highly fragile items, jewelry, or cash before our arrival.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
