Service Area & Travel Policy

At Deep Clean Service, we deliver our specialty cleaning expertise directly to your doorstep. Since we do not ship physical products, this policy outlines our service boundaries and travel protocols.

1. Primary Service Area

We proudly serve Kingston, Tennessee, and the surrounding Roane County area. Our standard rates apply to all locations within a [e.g., 20-mile] radius of our office at 123 Roane Manor Drive.

2. Extended Travel Fees

For locations outside of our primary 20-mile service radius, a travel surcharge may apply to cover fuel and vehicle maintenance:

3. Service Arrival Windows

To account for traffic and the unpredictable nature of deep cleaning, we provide a 1-hour arrival window. For example, if your appointment is at 9:00 AM, our team will arrive between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. We will send a text notification when our team is en route to your location.

4. Parking Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing a clear parking space for our service vehicle near the entrance of the property. If paid parking is the only option (e.g., downtown high-rises), the parking fee will be added to the final invoice.

5. No Physical Goods

Please note that Deep Clean Service does not ship any physical cleaning supplies or products. All bookings made on this website are for professional labor services performed on-site at the address provided during checkout.
